I am in love with the Christmas season and everything that comes with it. Christmas movies, music, decorations, lights—just everything about it is happiness. John Green, obviously from The Fault in Our Stars, however, Lauren Myracle wrote the Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen, etc. books; those books made me fall in love with reading! I read this last year and was pleasantly surprised! This was my second Christina Lauren novel. The main character, Maelyn, travels with her family every Christmas to a snowy Utah cabin with two other beloved families. But Maelyn, since childhood, has harbored a crush on one of the brothers. When her family drive away from the cabin one last time, Maelyn makes a simple plea to the universe: “Please. Show me what will make me happy.” Suddenly, Maelyn is back on an airplane, bound for Utah, where she begins the same holiday vacation. now, she must figure out how to break free of the strange time loop—and finally get her true love under the mistletoe.

When Mitzi is caught kissing Santa Claus, as soon as family arrives at the inn to gather together to celebrate the holidays, utter chaos descends. Overall, I know that Elin Hilderbrand is a good author and I’m excited to read this holiday book!
