A Round-Up Of Christian Books To Read In 2022
You may have written on your resolutions list to dive deeper in your faith, read more Christian books, or perhaps read the Bible in one year. These are all AMAZING resolutions and goals to set, however, how can you get there? What are books to help me dive deeper in my faith? I have list of faith-filled books already that have helped me in my own faith journey, books that are relatable and real to my own experiences, and there are tons of devotionals like New Morning Mercies and Bob Goff’s Live in Grace, Walk in Love that you can try this year.
These are the books that I found, by authors I know and love and trust, that have new books out this year. I am beyond excited to dive into some of these books, so I hope you do too.
Find Your People: Building Deep Community in a Lonely World by Jennie Allen
When I first found this book, I immediately wanted to download it. As the bestselling author of Get Out of Your Head, I come to trust Jennie Allen as an amazing, trustworthy author who backs up her sources—her sources aren’t just from the Bible, but from experts (i.e. a neurosurgeon in her Get Out of Your Head). I’m eager to start reading this one about loneliness!

Start With Prayer by Max Lucado
Some of us may have put “dive more into my faith” or “read the Bible in one year” on our resolutions list. Max Lucado is an incredible author to begin your faith journey with (besides the actual Author of the universe, of course). His new book, Start with Prayer: 250 Prayers for Hope and Strength is a good resource to begin your prayer journey and dive deeper into your faith.

I’ll buy anything that Bob Goff writes. He could write the new McDonald’s menu and I’ll buy everything on it. He has another book releasing in 2022, called Undistracted: Capture Your Purpose, Rediscover Your Joy, all about getting back into our lanes and back on track so we can live our lives with real purpose and joy. In his previous books, Love Does and Everybody Always, his trademark storytelling and fun-loving personality style is making me click the place order button.
